    Aloha everyone,

Now I have to catch up on everything here at home :). I also hope to get started on shaping the conifers as it looks as though it will be a really nice day. There are three of them that are approx 12ft - 15ft high. Plus a conifer hedge that is about 10ft high and 40ft long. I think just one tree may be my limit on energy expenditure for one day.

I haven't had time to catch up on all your news  but I hope all of you are well :dbgrtmb:

    Have a great day

    Aloha!

      Aloha everyone,

That's nice Kaz, thank you very much.

Shiney glad you had a good weekends tournaments even if there were no prizes it's the taking part that counts.

Loli, do you wish you had a shotgun for Mr Fox or are you like me couldn't hurt them anyway even if they are after your chooks.

Hopefully only one more night of fireworks for poor Penny and Tiny WOO. Then everyone can get back to peace and quiet again.

Take care all and look after yourselves please and have a good day and evening.

      Aloha!:wub2:

        Aloha everyone,

Well hopefully firework night has now gone and we can see the back of the fireworks until new year I guess. Amber wasn't upset by them but she looked pigged off with the noise. Perhaps she had taken my lead as I certainly was as it was our near neighbours turn last night so it sounded as though they were coming through the window any moment.

Loli, WOO and Kandy, hope your boys and girls have withstood the firework menace.

Quite a hard frost out there this morning, so out came my socks, long janes and gloves the lot this morning so wrapped up I could hardly walk, not that that is much different to usual. The sun is out now so hopefully it will all disappear soon.

Have a great day eveyone and take care of yourselves please.

        Aloha!:wub2:

        Good morning everyone,
(i've just posted this once and got logged out...i'll try again)Well that's bonfire night over with, our furries can rest easy now:dbgrtmb: ...mum and dad and some neighbours came for a jacket spud soiree,a last minute decision... but nice all the same...it didn't go on long as some had early starts this morning and i think the guiness had taken hold of my dad:biggrin:...when they left i took my self down the garden to my den/summer house...stoked up the burner and watched the last of the fireworks fizzle out:dbgrtmb:
It felt quite mild earlier but has changed now, time to wrap up warm...
have a great day and take care everyone:SUNsmile:

        Good late afternoon everyone:smile:

We had frost here first thing but now iot is raining it has all melted and our county is on a flood alert because we have had so much of the wet stuff recently it is pouring off of the fields and flooding roads so they have had to be closed to stop people getting stuck in it:oopss: .

I'm still full of this flipping cold and nearly shake the house down when i sneeze, which makes everyone jump:sick0026:.

We hardly had any fireworks go off last night so i think that many people can't afford to waste money on them so the cats were not as shaken as they normally are :yay:

I hear that M&S's sales are down this year so perhaps they ought to get Mr Moray and Denise in to sort things out:biggrin: and i am looking forward to watching the penultimate episode tonight:wub2: {Shiney did you know that the writer of The Paradise{Can't remember the French title} was linked to Alfred Dreyfus that chap you talked about the other year on Devils Island? What a small world we live in:smile:

Anyway,Mr Kandy is coming home from work early tonight as we have to take the cats to the vets so hopefully the rain will soon stop and the cats won't leg it before they have to go into their carrying boxes:cat-kittyandsmiley:

        Enjoy your evening everyone:smile:

I hope the vet is pleased with Poppy's progress and that she will soon be ok for her operation. Fingers crossed.
