      Good morning everyone,

Its going to be a hot day here, humidity is supposed to high.....greaaaat!!!!

I have some shopping to do, as well as a bunch of errands for Kait, and then off to Owen Sound to do some deliveries for Brad.

      Have a great day all.

      Afternoon folks,
Got to tell you this.....went to the vets...they couldn't find the paperwork for Theos results so i asked if i could just have a print out from his records on the computer...explained it was just so we can avoid any food that 'upstes' him....he eats a dried food for his proper meals but he does have treats....there seemed to be some confusion with the computer so they are going to send away for more copies ..:th scifD36:call me suspicious but i'm begining to smell a 'mouses uncle'.....
Then i got the chooks wormer...... just short of £30 pounds....:hate-shocked:the last one i bought was £17 pounds....i know that was nearly 2 years ago but blimey....almost doubled....
I've just read the instructions,i should know by now but my memory is shocking.....yes as i remembered them:dbgrtmb:.....this wormer usually serves my chooks around 6 or 7 times....Annnyway....looked at the expiry date, end of September 2012.....:gaah:
So looks like i'll be back at the vets tomorrow....£30 to worm half a dozen chooks ONCE.....and then the dates up:nonofinger:

On that note i'll start tea:biggrin:.....first wormer then tea....i go from one extreme to the other don't i:heehee:

      Have a good evening everyone:SUNsmile:

        Good morning everyone,

Moyra,i do hope and pray that your eye problems get better over time and the work they have to do sounds nasty.I get squemish just thinking about it without reading the words you write, but i always think it is brilliant what they can do nowadays to help patients keep their site for as long as possible..

Shiney lovely photos of Safari,he looks like a Bengal cat and is completley at ease with Mrs Shiney fussing him:blue thumb:

Loli, are you members of the Caravan Club, and how much South do you want to go with your van?Chatsworth is nice this time of the year and you have 1,000 acres of Parkland to walk round and also Castleton {Losehill} is ideal for walking but it all depends on whether you want beaches or moors and commons for walking.Crantock is nice down in Newquay{Cornwall}but it might be a bit far for travelling depending on where you live. Those vet bills are disgusting and this is one reason why i don't want another dog as i know we would struggle to pay them when we and the dog got elderly

        Penny hope the wedding goes off ok for your daughter.{not sure how much longer before the date}

Kaz,sorry to hear your working days have been manic and hope you get some respite soon:smile:

Hope Woo is ok and enjoying good health in both life and garden:smile:

        Enjoy your day everyone:SUNsmile:

          Aloha everyone,

Although it's chilly this morning the sun is shining brightly so it should warm up later.

Moyra, I hope the improvement in your eyes continues :dbgrtmb:

Kaz, let's hope you workload eases up soon

We finally got some tickets for the Olympic Park for next week. We didn't want to watch any events (too noisy for me) but just wanted to see the gardens. We tried when they first opened but they were only selling tickets to people in the six Olympic boroughs (at £10-£15). We were told that we wouldn't even be able to get any during the Paralympics but a friend (in the know) contacted us the other day and said that there would be some for the general public that would be on sale on line. She emailed us immediately they came on line and we got a couple at £1 each :dancy:. We'll take our cameras - can't take much else as the security is as stringent as airport security (must remember not to have my little penknife in my pocket).

Keep well and have a great day

          Aloha!

          Good morning everyone,
Moyra hope you are feeling better today:dbgrtmb:
Yes Kandy we are in the CC club .....and Chatsworth is a great site...i love it there...:dbgrtmb:We've been a few times and still haven't seen all the gardens and grounds...it's ideal for the dogs too....a couple of years ago i remember getting up just before day break and going through the 'door in the wall' and seeing the deer strolling along, it was beautiful sight with the sun just rising:wub2:....it's a toss up between Chatsworth and Rutland...i've yet to go to Barnsdale ...so we need to make our minds up:dbgrtmb:
          Nice one Shiney....a £1 a ticket:yes:

The temperature dropped to 5 degrees at 4.30am:hate-shocked:....didn't expect that....

          Waves to Woo and Kaz:dbgrtmb:

Have a good day everyone,i'm off to do battle with the vets shortly:paladin:

          Take care:SUNsmile:

          Aloha Everyone,

Loli that's an awful lot of money for wormer especially if it has limited time on it and as regards the computer printout.......what's going on there?

Shiney that should be a great visit to the new park at Stratford. That's somewhere I would like to see but suspect I shall not.

Yes, I am hopeful of my eyes not changing much. At least not upwards only downwards. Seems daft to have the laser holes made into the irises and them only making matters worse not better. Still if the pressure drops from now on that might be good to hope for.

Waves to Kandy, Penny and WOO!

Take care and have a great day everyone.

          Aloha!:wub2:

            Morning everyone,

Its going to be a sunny and beautiful day here, no rain until Monday!!

Both Kait and i have a hair appointment and 9am, then i need to drop the truck off at the Ford dealer for a couple hours, so I'll have someone bring me home, I'll cut the grass, pickup the truck at 12, get Brad and and then we are off to the storage unit to load up the trailer with all of Kait's things, we plan on leaving around 7am tomorrow to take her down to University....so that'll be all day.

We are out for supper tonight, so i dont need to worry about cooking....thank god!!

I'm off to get some more coffee, so have a great day everyone.

Hiya Kandy......the wedding is Saturday September 15th, so 2 weeks:hate-shocked:

              Aloha Woo and everyone,

A bit overcast at the moment but brightening up. It was 56F when I was out there at 7 a.m. which is quite a bit warmer than yesterday morning

I got loads of pressure hosing done yesterday and hope to carry on today. :)

We've got another gardener coming for a try out on Monday and I hope she's much more practical than the previous one.

Keep well and have a great weekend

              Aloha!

              Aloha Everyone.

What's with the weather one minute it is hot, next it turned quite chilly and then this morning it is quite warm again........colds for everyone coming up no doubt!

So are you finding it hard Shiney to replace your old gardener with someone who knows what they are doing. It is difficult to find someone you can trust implicitly to work your garden the way you do.

Have a good day everyone, waves to Kandy, Loli, WOO, Penny and Kaz.

              Aloha!:wub2:
