    Greetings everyone:smile:

I have just got back indoors from litter picking{like to get it out of the way while most people are having a lie in:snork:}Got stopped and Thanked by two early morning villagers who were driving out of the village

Loli,I didn't know you could get automatic coop opening gadgets, but i suppose you can get gadgets for everything these days :snork: Yes Chatsworth is a lovely place to visit especially for dogs and we have lots of photos of the Fallow deer as they roam the parkland:snork: The weather across from the Solent is due to get quiet hot by the end of this coming week so that is the area to go;) Good luck with the weather wherever you end up:blue thumb:

Kaz,your body clock must be all over the place and hope you can catch up soon:smile:

Shiney,Good Luck with the new gardener and hope he comes up to scratch on how you like things done:smile:

Moyra, hope your eyes are settling down and that with time the pressure evens it'self out:blue thumb:

Penny, hope you all have a lovely day on your daughters big day:blue thumb: We celebrate 32 years on the 13th so just before your daughter:biggrin:

Woo,hope you are ok and enjoying your Grandchildren and your garden:smile:

We are off to this place this lunchtime http://www.fawsleyhall.com/ celebrating with my sister and her hubby their 10th wedding anniversary so looking forward to seeing them again plus family members so should be a good afternoon:snork:

    Aloha everyone,

It was nice and sunny earlier but has clouded over. The back garden has, literally, hundreds of birds around. :dbgrtmb:

I hope this gardener will be OK. We realise that it will take her a while to get to know what we want done, and not done. A friend uses her and says she is good, so we shall see.

Got some mowing done yesterday and then some friends turned up, unexpectedly, and we spent a pleasant afternoon sitting in the sun having tea, sandwiches and a chat.

Nothing planned for today apart from the garden.

Kandy, that looks like a nice place to go. I guess you're going for Sunday lunch. The price seems quite reasonable for a place like that - especially compared to their afternoon tea prices! Enjoy yourselves

Keep well everyone and have a great day

    Aloha!

    Hi Shiney:smile:

Yes we are going for Sunday lunch {their treat}but not sure about the pea and leek soup for starters:snork: We sent them a grocery gift voucher so that will help with the payment towards the bill, although we can't quiet afford where my brother in law took my sister on Friday to stay http://doubletree3.hilton.com/en/ho...hotel-london-regent-street-LHRDTDI/index.html on their way to see War Horse stage production:biggrin: Mind you,I do like the look of the shell seats in the hotel and my sister said she had the best nights sleep she had had in ages.Perhaps i ought to book in for the night:yawn:

Mr Kandy is hovering so had better go and get our walk in before we go to get ready:snork:

Hi Kaz, yes, that's Mrs Shiney :wub2:

Sarafi isn't our cat but Mrs S is working on him :heehee:. Sadly, Oscar, our cat/boss left us in November. Here is the tribute I put on GC (there are some pictures of him and Mrs Shiney) - just scroll down till you get to him. We still look for him to appear following us around or guarding his birds in his garden.

            Aloha Everyone,

Very bad back this morning could hardly walk. Am seeing the doctor later this morning about my spine at the neck joint causing tingling and pins and needles down my left arm and into my fingers. So I suppose we shall have have to look at my spine completely again. I now think it was this spondylis that was causing the balance problem I was having and the swimmyness. I suppose it will be down to more exercises again! Not a lot else we can do.

Shiney, I know what you mean about seeing oscar around that's what happens when you are so close to an animal he leaves his ghost behind to keep you company and to guard over you. Like Loli I too like to look at the pics now and again. He was such a lovely cat.

Well must try and exercise a bit more and get some washing into the machine. Take everyone and have a good day.

            Aloha:wub2:

That is a beautiful photo of Hannah and Oscar Shiney, it seems impossible to think of him gone when you see it like that.

I went to the docs he thinks it is likely to be more of my osteoarthritis but is sending me to have an x-ray just in case I have done more to the spine than just oa. So I guess it will end up in more exercises but whatever it needs to help get rid of the tingles and pins and needles I will do. He said that the swimminess I was having was more than likely the tramadol as I thought at the time.

Really turned out hot now. Enjoy it everyone.
