I didn't realise when I started posting that posting immediately above that I hadn't actually finished it and never got back to it until late this afternoon. That's because I had to see to the Tesco delivery and then went off to the hospital for my blood tests and never came back to the thread until as I say this afternoon. I think I am cracking up with this heat. I just cannot take it any more. I am going to close down now so will say goodnight, God bless you all. night night.

    Aloha everyone,

So shiney, was it you who mucked the site up first thing this morning then? Glad it is back to normal again or at least I hope it is. I wonder what went wrong.

Well Steve has gone to France first thing this morning and I have changed the sheets on the beds washed them and got them out on the line, done all the hoovering and now am having a lovely rest. Going to have a Nanny nap I think as I am shattered. Have a good weekend everyone. God bless.

    Aloha!

Lol. I didn't mind gave me time to get all my housework done now Steve has gone, wonderful. I do end up with his fish to feed but that is small compensation for having the place to myself for a week! Yippee. I personally think it is going to be too hot for him to catch any fish in France. They have been well fed up for the season and when it gets hot, like me, all they want to do is sleep. Have a good evening.

Hope you had a lovely birthday Kandy!

I am having problems trying to come to terms with my sisters husband dying. he is in a very bad way and I cannot bring myself to go up to the hospital to say goodbye. I have known him since I was 14 years old and he and his best mate married my sister and I within a year of each other. My ex husband died 18 months ago and my BIL obviously took it bad. I feel my ex is calling him to go. I know that sounds bad but I so hope that my BIL will go and be at peace soon. Give me some words of comfort please. While Steve is away I feel so lost.

Oh Moyra,I am so sorry to hear your sad words about your brother in law and I do know how hard it is to say goodbye to someone you have known for so long and is a part of your family.Just be happy in the knowledge that he will soon be in a better place where he will no longer feel pain and will be healed of whatever he is suffering from.Someone who we have known for over thirty years is getting frailer by the day and it is hard seeing him because we would prefere to remember him as he was before his illness took hold.:grphg:to you Moyra.:wub2:

      Good morning everyone,

It is a bright sunny day out there today although we have a chill wind, but hopefully the sun will soon sort it out and no I don't want any rain today thankyou:snork:

Hope everyone that is going over to Norfolk to visit the gardens and memebers of GC has a great time and that the weather stays fine:SUNsmile:

The sun is shining on me now as as I sit here and type and is reflecting off of my blonde eye lashes so can't see properly what I am typing :snork::cool:I don't want to shut the curtains as I do so love some sun on my skin:biggrin:

Have a very good day everyone in everything you do:spinning:

      Good morning Moyra....:grphg:

I'm so sorry to hear of your sadness....it's a very difficult time for all...no one wants loved ones to leave us yet it's unbearable to see them suffering.....it's a very hard descision for you but one only you can make ....it depends if you feel up to going to visit...it would be distressing but it could be your last chance.....and you may regret not saying goodbye....either way i'm sure your BIL and your sister would understand ....sending you lots of comforting vibes:grphg:You're in my thoughts Moyra....

      Good morning everyone,

      I hope everyone is OK:dbgrtmb:

Just been out wandering the garden saying Good Morning to the Magpies...they are out in force today....and annoying the life out of my chooks, they seem to be in competition as to who can make the most noise:rolleyespink:

Just time for another cuppa then off to work i go:whistle:

Shiney and Mrs Shiney, have a lovely day at East Ruston and please give my regards to The Jazzies,Jwks,Kristen et al....don't forget the photos:dancy:.....

Good morning Moyra........so sorry to hear about your sister's husband and the long connections you have had together......he is more like a brother, isn't he? it is always hard to say goodbye, but in truth, you don't have to say anything, just be there and give him a hug. I am sure it will mean a lot to your sister too. Take some Rescue Remedy (3 drops in a bottle of water) and sip often, and give one to your sister too. And should you decide to visit, you can do something for him by putting a few drops into his water jug and give him some to sip too. It will help to calm him too.....and get your sister to give him some each day... We are all thinking of you and sending hugs to you all.

      Best wishes
      Mrs Shiney
