It is isn't it Loli, I am finding it hard to believe after so long of not being able to post.

I have just had Amber be sick in my bedroom, she had not long ago pinched Berties food not a lot but obviously enough to disagree with her. She had been eating grass as well so obviously him coming to stay has upset her tummy. She is wary of him and he of her but it doesn't seem to be worrying him as much as it has her unfortunately.

Oh bliss being able to rattle on without worrying about the darn website crashing.

Now i wouldn't have a clue where to start to have fixed your computer but well done you:dbgrtmb:

    Hello peeps,

Thank you for all your kind words.:ThankYou:

I do feel a little better today, tried to be a bit more positive and got some jobs done to take my mind off things.

I know I am under the weather as my nails are the first telltale sign, my second finger has shed some of the top layers at one side, so I think that I shall lose that eventually. This happened last year and I lost 2 toe nails.:oopss:

Moyra, sorry to hear about Amber, hope she feels better soon. My dog Fred did something today that he has never done in all the 13 years we have had him, the lady I visit gave me a couple of mini sausages and sausage rolls for him to have (wrapped up in cling film). I bought them home in my hand bag, put my bag down in the sitting room, and before I knew it Fred was in his bed chewing something, and he had stolen the little bag of food. He is always well fed, so I suppose the lure of the smell was too much :ouch1:

Well hope everyone has a good evening.:doggieshmooze:

    Morning all,
I have work again today and I am told tomorrow as well :hapydancsmil:

Not liking these dark mornings though, to think just a few short weeks ago it would have been light at the time of making this post.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Aloha everyone,

Moyra, It's great that you have sorted your computer problems :blue thumb:.

This computer is just very slow but at least I can keep typing without it crashing. It takes ages to post something and when I have finished with a thread and click to close the tab it can take between 10 and 20 seconds just to close - and I can't do anything else whilst I'm waiting! It's not my computer so I can't play around with settings or updates.

Lili, it's good that you're feeling better and I hope you get a gradual improvement every day. :grphg:

Steve, good news with the work. Let's hope it keeps up

My knee is a lot better and, yesterday I was able to get up and down stairs without having to hang onto something. Walking is not a problem at all and I've been getting quite a bit of that. Just putting any pressure on the knee whilst it's bent is the main problem, so getting up out of a chair has to be taken very carefully. I'll soon be running up and down stairs again.

We went to the theatre again last night and it was a very well acted farce called 'See How She Runs' set during WWII. Our laughing muscles got a good workout. :snork:

It seems to be a bit warmer this morning so I've planned a nice walk through some woods and around a lake.

    Have a great day

    Aloha!

    Good morning everyone,

I hope everyone is on form:dbgrtmb:

Only just got light here Steve....it takes a bit more waking up when it's dark doesn't it....
It looks like we've had more rain here overnight ...the lawns are greening up nicely:dbgrtmb:

Lili...pleased to hear you're feeling a bit better:dbgrtmb:....Awww naughty Fred...i suppose it's a bit like us really...we know we shouldn't have that extra cream bun but sometimes we just can't resist;)

Archi and Theo are out chasing squirrels.....one squirrel sits just out of reach chuntering and stamping his feet and it drives the dogs nuts:lolpt:

    Well it's that time again...Hi Ho:whistle:....

    Keep well everyone,
Have a lovely day and take care:SUNsmile:

    Aloha everyone,

Lili, I hope you feel better soon that is certainly not right losing your nails like that are you continuing to see the doctor.

Shiney, so glad your knee is on the mend. Mine have been playing up a bit lately but I get used to it. I got chronic cramp last night in both thigh joints. I did in fact shout out and Steve came racing in. I said I was sorry didn't mean to wake the house. The theatre outing sounded fun.

Loli, Rotten squirrel tormenting Archie and Theo, wants shooting. Lol

Steve, good on the work front if you can handle it without it causing you too much pain.

I am tickled pink now I can type straight on here without the notepad. Still of course don't know which particular bit of windows security update which put it right but so glad it did.

Have a great day everyone. God bless.

    Aloha!:wub2:

    Morning all,

a few aches this morning as yesterdays work was a little demanding (all roofing materials that had to be unloaded by hand!) and will be the same again today.

    have a great day everyone.

    Aloha everyone,

I'm not sure what we shall be doing today but I have a suspicion that Mrs Shiney is thinking about a retail therapy day!! :hate-shocked:

I think we'll get a nice walk in first and then the R.T. as we have her friend with us. I'm transport manager but shall take a book with me so that I can sit in the car and read :blue thumb:

    Have a great day

    Aloha!

    Aloha everyone,

What a night we certainly had some rain. Dogs are doing well no major upsets so far.

Loli you asked how long I have got him for. Kath asked me to have him for 9 days but working it out if she wont be back until Saturday week and I have him until the Sunday it will only be one day short of a fortnight. Still I hope the holiday is doing her good. However once she is back and on her own again then she is going to feel the loss of Tony all the more.

Lili, hope you are feeling a bit better today. Take care of yourself.

Shiney, being kept busy as Chauffeur? Well that should keep you out of mischief and no doubt the RT will be good for Mrs. S and the friend.

Steve, I hope that job is not going to leave you in agony over the weekend, do take care of yourself.

WOO, I do hope Mrs W and daughter are doing ok and you too. Take care my friend.

I am being told my pc needs a restart after updating something so better do as I am told as I do not want any further trouble. Have a good day everyone. God Bless.

    Aloha!

    Morning everyone!!

Well what a difference a day makes, its cold here and raining a wee bit and they issued a frost warning for here tonight....greaaat!!

I was in Toronto all day yesterday and today is my manicure appointment, and i booked Natalie in after me for a mani and pedi, then dropping her off at my hairdresser for a hair cut and highlights, a day of pampering for her.

I need to drop off the weed whacker, i broke it (haha), and have it fixed today, if they can.

    Have a great day all.
