We have just been sweeping up leaves, well I swept some, OH did most! We have some trees opposite and for some reason the leaves gather at mine.

Its actually sunny out here, and not that cold, so later today Brad and I are going to finish hanging the Christmas lights because it looks like the rest of the weekend and upcoming week, is going to be cold.

I need to pop into the grocery store for a few things, and need to pick up a few things for Kait to take back to school tomorrow.

Off to start some laundry, so enjoy your day everyone.

 

Hello Jazmine, long time no see!

Penny do you still have snow? Yes Christmas is getting awfully close. I have friend coming over from north Kent tomorrow, bringing their Christmas pressies with them. I hadn't given Christmas a thought except for ordering my friends pressie the day before. Fortunately with a bit of shopping around I managed to get some other pressies delivered today and her one also turned up in this mornings post. So a quick bit of wrapping and I am ready for them to visit tomorrow. Nice joint of Roast Pork and all that crackling along with all the roast veggies and Strawberries and strawberry cheesecake to finish up with should have a lovely day tomorrow. Nearly time to walk Amber again. It seems forever dog walking. Oh well have a lovely afternoon. God bless. Take care.

Hi ho,hi ho, it's off to a boot sale I go !

Up at silly o'clock, wrapped up very warm. Hope you are are all ok?

Worked late last night, made 6 apple pies, 1 apple and mincemeat pie and 1 mincemeat pie. Made and decorated 2 victoria sponges.

Luckily last week I got a commission to make 6 pineapple tea cosies, all different colours, so made a red one this week. Also got asked to make a pair of boot toppers, and got them made.

Everything is kicking off, and I am either making knitted xmas decorations,cosies,hats or baking.

Still, I would not have it any other way.

I've just been out in the garden....it's dark but feels mild for 7 degrees...the Owls sound busy it's a shame i can't see them...it's all quiet otherwise....Theo has just been out but scurried back in when the he heard the Owls

I have jobs to do in the garden today, but will be doing them with a spring in my step, as The Cobblers had a great result yesterday.

Mrs Gdnam has also purchased the ingredients for a lemon cheesecake, that she would like me to make!

@shiney ...I usually have a wander in the garden first thing with a cuppai love it ,it's so peaceful ,rather more 'refreshing' at this time of the year but i think it's the best time of the day even in the winter...
