I hope everyone is OK

We had gales again last night but it's all calm now and the wind has pushed some lovely mild weather this way....it's feeling really mild out there this morning at 10 degrees...
I got quite a bit of pottering done yesterday ,it was nice to get in the garden after the mayhem of the shops...the traffic was horrendous ,it was like wacky races,seems to me some folk rip the highway code up at Christmas...

Time for another drink and then off to work

Good morning everyone and hope you are all ok

We are still busy here at the moment although yesterday we had a pleasant visit from my siter and her hubby who have now moved up here from Devon so they are pleased they are only twenty minutes drive from us instead of the usual 3/4 hours it used to take

Mr Kandy has been out this morning washing and hoovering out the car as it had got quiet filthy of late and then this afternoon we are going to start getting up some of the crimbo lights outdoors/indoors so they will brighten everywhere up

Had some fog here earlier but the sun is starting to shine although it still feels rather cool outside

I am so tired. I don't know why I just cannot sleep at nights. Think it might be Amber fidgeting around on the bed keeping me awake.

Kandy, Good to see you, You wouldn't like to send Mr K around to wash down my car. I suppose I ought to go to Sainsbury's to get it washed by the Rumanians or Polish whoever is there at the moment.

Loli, I expect you could have done without the gales.

Moyra,Mr Kandy won't even wash my car or hoover it out so you have no chance of getting yours done.

I've just got back indoors from giving mine a good wash but used too much car soapy stuff so have had to give the car a really good spray with the water to get it all off again

Hope you and Amber are both ok and not getting too muddy with this winter weather.

Moyra...I was hoping you hadn't come down with the lurgy when you weren't here yesterday,pleased you're OK

Woo...So it is ...i didn't even notice,but then again i don't know what day it is nevermind the date half the time

It's a foggy one here too this morning,it seems to muffle the sound out,apart from the fog horn on the Humber ofcourse....i quite like it...don't want it hanging around too long though...
