WOO, wonderful thing rain! I walked Amber this morning and we both came back drenched. A lot of it because my ankle (left) and my knee (right) were in absolute agony this morning and I just couldn't walk very fast at all in fact I shuffled around in the rain so consequently both Amber and I were getting wetter by the yard. Still we came back in and Amber loves to be rubbed down with her big fluffy towel and her feet and belly rubbed dry. Nobody to do that for me tho'

Its another cold day here, lots of snow overnight and snow squalls expected off and on all day.

Good thing that i am in town today, have a hair appointment at 9, and then my manicure at 1, and a couple errands to do in between.

Ha ha WOO might have to take you up on that. Still no need by the looks of it today all nice and dry out there and a nice bright sky suggesting it could be a lovely day today.

I hope everyone suffering is feeling better today, Loli I got severe cramp last night in a place I have never got it before on the inside muscle of my upper leg. I wasn't sure how to stand or do any exercise to get rid of it. I could have screamed if it was so early in the morning, about 1 am. What is missing from our diet that causes it? Actually I think in my case it is the statins I am on.

Another lot of cramp early this morning this time down my calf muscle. Oh Shiney thanks for that. Hopefully, I wont get it there again. It is the first time I have ever had it above the knee, usually it is calf muscles or in my feet.

Hope everyone else is ok The weahter over the weekend has been pretty dismal with bitterly cold winds,although we did get a good walk in on Saturday afternoon,but i didn't feel too good yesterday morning so only had one quick walk first thing.It was my own fault,i had a few signs and should have had a quick snack but ignored it and then suffered later on so only have myself to blame

Also must apologize to anyone that had any dodgy links come through last Wednesday as something went amiss with my computer and everyone in my address book got the dodgy link sent to them,and i then had friends and family emailing me to let me know which was good but could have done without the problem in the first place Mr Kandy ran a full scan on Saturday which took quiet a few hours but everything was ok and no virus's were found so don't know what had gone wrong

Anyway,I have to go the Hospital this afternoon the have my chesticles squashed so not looking forward to that,but it has to be done to safeguard my health

Thank you kindly for the birthday wishes. At least it doesn't look a bad day out there. Took Amber for her walk and there was a bit of a cold wind but not too bad. They say it is going to get colder again and with more snow so winter is not over yet!

Going out to lunch with Steve later on. Have been doing so much research on Tablets, Nexus 7, Kindle Fire HD and ipad touch that I have talked myself out of one. I cannot see I would use it that much and it would need recharging every night so back to the drawing board and I shall have to come up with something else Steve can buy me for combined Christmas and Birthday present.
