Sorry I am so late today but I have been taking decorations down, changing sheets on the beds and getting some of them washed as well as all the housework that needed doing after the decs came down. In amongst that lot found time to walk Amber three times so not surprising I didn't get here any earlier. Worn out now!
Got lovely and wet the last walk today as it is tipping it down out there to much to expect yesterdays lovely weather to last.

Seems strange now without all the fairy lights twinkling in the windows and around and about.

Oh well, take care everyone and do have a pleasant evening.

I was supposed to have performed miracles today but like a fool i coughed and now my ribs have 'gone' on the opposite side....i have a good pain threshhold as a rule but this is more than uncomfortable....i've probably weakend the muscles by overuse with trying to protect the otherside i ought to go back to the GP but he'll just tell me to rest them....which i should...it's my own fault i can't keep still long enough....the dogs are giving me filthy looks because they haven't had any walks today but there's no way i can handle them at the moment... had to drive to the chemist one handed as any movement and i know about it...think i need putting in a bag and shaking up.....
I'm not a very good patient can you tell

Oh Loli poor you, Steve had this flu thing and you should hear his chest now when he coughs. I have told him he should pack up smoking that cannot be doing his lungs any good. Oh I hope you feel better soon mind how you go.

Shiney, I think it is time you got your cover out so we can have some more dry weather. Every time you mention doing some gardening we get more rain

I did an order with Tesco which is coming this morning and in it I have ordered some Benolyn for Steve hoping that will help his chest. I am worried that he was smoking a lot more before Christmas. He rolls his own but does put a filter in. I wish he would give it up.

Loli, hope you are feeling a bit better today and anyone else that is currently suffering.

Rang the Doctors bang on 8am and got through first time...had my appointment for 8.40am more painkillers and strict instructions to rest so rest i shall i haven't much choice..........i've been making my cause worse by trying to carry on...my own silly faulti'm becoming quite stubborn in my old age
