Sorry to hear that everyone is under the weather at the moment and hope you all feel better soon

I won't bore you with my family history,that is something to discuss with my siblings of what we endured as kids and my rhumatism and arthritis problems are inherited from my mums side plus living in this country with it's wet/humid conditions doesn't help,but such is life

Saw another thirteen Waxwings on Sunday so our total is now up to twenty so that will do for the time being

We had a little rain over night and the ground here is still saturated but it's mild and the sun is doing her best to shine

It is not surprising really that we all have similar histories because it would seem a natural progression to end up on a Gardening site with all things close to the land. Steve's had to take another day off with his back but the men on the job he is doing at the moment are going to get the large heavy tiles he is laying closer to the place he is laying them which will help a lot. So he will be back to it tomorrow. I am glad he asked for help.

I hope everyone is on the mend as much as can be that is. Ibuprofen are good but you have to be careful if you have a weak stomach as they can attack it quite badly if not.

Morning everyone,

Its warming up here, infact by Friday they are calling for rain!!

I was in Toronto yesterday, so today is a errands, and cleaning day.

I do need to make a few runs to the dump for Brad though, he took over more shop space from another unit where we are, and he has to tear down the one wall, so i'll be hauling it all of to the dump

We were over at the Ford dealership lastnight looking at new trucks with the salesman that we use, we need somthing that can haul really heavy loads, and with all the driving that i do, our current truck (2010) is at 145 thousand kms!!
I saw a gorgeous truck over there, but its white and Brad doesnt like white trucks, so we'll see, supposed to go over and test drive it today.

Somewhere in all this today, i want to start sorting seeds, see what i have, dont need, and need to get.

Anyhow.....I'm off to get some more coffee, and need to put some clothes into the dryer......so have a great day everyone.

Sorry to hear of your ailments, hope you all get better soon.

OH feeling sorry for himself, after nagging me to get him an appointment for the dentist, he saw her today(after trying to get out of going), and he had to have an extraction.

Me, well, I am as usual with my usual twinges, I just keep taking the medicine, due my monthly check up on Thursday.

Keep well, and wrapped up warm.

Dry here at the moment but not sure what is going to happen weatherwise,but shall take it as it comes,rain,sun,sleet or snow

There's the most lovely blue sky and sunshine here this morning few jobs this morning first one being drop Mum off at the hairdressers then up to the farmshop for some straw for the 'girls' also a visit tothe vets as Theo has been off his steriods for 2 weeks and his skin has flared up already ....which i suspected it would as i was convinced they were only masking the problem.....it's a good job Theo is a happy little soul and he's not phased by it all.....

Legs, knees, ankles and feet are pretty bad today, had difficulty walking Amber this morning. I had to struggle but hopefully I am still managing to keep mobile to a degree.

How's everyone else today, hopefully on the mend.

Steve has gone back to work but I don't know what state he is going to be in after laying large heavy tiles all day, wish the fashion would change back to smaller tiles for kitchen and bathrooms.

Its a little cool here today, but no new snow, and i actually had the windows open for awhile yesterday too.

I'm home today, but do have a couple errands to do that i didnt get done yesterday.

I did get most of my seeds sorted, glad i got that done.

Well it is certainly a lot colder out there the grass was as white as snow this morning when I walked Amber. Still rather that than constant rain. Lets hope we may even get to see the sun. Loli hope you get Theo's steriods poor old fella.
