      Aloha everyone,

Loli that must be difficult to work in those conditions. Yes my eye scan went ok yesterday made my eyes very peculiar in the sunshine of green and blue mists around me for hours. But they seem ok today. I was so tired and in so much pain from my back and knees that I was too tired to say Goodnight last night. I just turned the pc off midday and that was it. I put it on for a very short time about teatime to do my usual round robin to my friends and then turned it off again. I really didn't want to know. Got a really good book on the go called 'The Eight' all about a mystical chess set that was split up and send around the world to keep it apart because of its power or the formula it carried. Very much a Dan Brown type book but much older as I read it a long time ago before the Da Vinci Code was ever written but it was such a good book I promised myself I would read it again and thus I am doing. A very good read.

Have a good day all. Too hot for me to spend much time in the garden so it will be back to the book again. Take care all, God bless.

      Aloha!:wub2:

Just got back from a good meal out with friends after a day of strolling through woodlands and then visiting shops.

Good morning Shiney,Loli,Woo and everyone who follows.

Shiney glad to hear you are enjoying your walks and that you enjoyed your meal with friends

Moyra, good luck with the results when they come:blue thumb:They were talking on the readio the other day about people giving up eating meat and one lady phoned in and said that since giving up eating it her joint pains started to clear up but as soon as she reintroduced meat back in to her diet the pain flared up again so perhaps there is something in the meat that affects us :frown:

Woo,hope you and your family are all ticking over and that you are able to enjoy the sunshine, although at the moment our part of the country is covered in a cloud layer that won't lift to allow the sun to break through:whistle:

Loli, I saw the photos of your garden the other day and i must say it is beautiful :wow: I was over at the allotment yesterday afternoon and spotted a new furry friend over there, just hope he gets rid of somer of the rats that are breeding like rabbits as we have quiet a problem now with more people keeping chickens and not cleaning them out properly:eeew:

I have only seen two cabbage whites this year at the allotment, hardly any ladybirds and only a few bees but at least the ones i have seen are pollinating my rasberries and fruit trees which is good.

Waves to everyone else who follows and and hope you all have a great day and sorry if there is anyone i have missed...

                Aloha everyone,

Kandy, I have to confess I eat very little meat. Not over fond of it. Would be nice to get rid of some of these aches and pains though. I have some fantastic blooms on my weigelia and expected lots of butterflies to appreciate it but I haven't seen many around either or bees for that matter.

Waves to WOO, take care of yourself WOO no overdoing it in that garden, sit back and appreciate it.

Shiney, that's right have a lovely restful time now your big job is behind you.

Loli take care, Shame you have to work in this weather.

Take care all and have a lovely day, must go get the washing out now.

                Aloha!

                  Morning everyone,

Its still a little on the cool side here, warming up though, and it rained overnight so no watering for me, i did get all the yard work done yesterday, its like the grass is on steroids right now!!

I'm home today, but i need to pop into the bank, and do some grocery shopping.

Tomorrow morning i have a hair appointment and my manicure after that.

                  Enjoy your day everyone.

                    Aloha everyone,

The four of us had a very nice, lazy, day taking a stroll along a disused railway line that has been changed to a walking trail. It went through some nice woodland and through a gorge alongside the delightful river rushing over and around rocks as it wound its way through the valley. We had a picnic lunch alongside the river. Then it was back to the shops  and to the theatre in the evening :dbgrtmb:

It's already warmed up in the bright sun this morning and we shall take another nice stroll before meeting up with more friends this evening.

Keep well and have a great day

                    Aloha!

Good afternoon everyone from my very sunny part of the world:hapydancsmil::hapfeet:

Hope you are all ok and enjoying the good weather:phew:

I am in the wars again at the moment, had a fight between my toe and the door frame and the door frame won and i have once again broken one of my toes{small one}so had to go and see our nurse who confirmed it and so has taped it to the next toe and has told me to use ice packs,to aid circulation, and gave me a prescription for some Extra Strength Ibuprofen, some Co-Codamol tablets and a box of surgical tape for helping to bind the toes together. So now I am stuck indoors and won't be walking very far,or doing much in the way of gardening or allotmenteering so it looks like i shall just have to enjoy the sunshine with my feet up:whistle:

                          Have a good evening everyone:smile:

Oh Kandy, how do you do it? I bet that hurts pretty tidy. Well that is it you will just have to put your feet up and rest now. Lets hope the lovely weather continues. Poor Mr. K will have to manage all the gardening on his own as well as making sure you get plenty of cups of tea brought to you during the course of the day! Take care.

Have a good evening all, I am about to sign out. Night night.
