    Aloha Everyone,

Late on parade today been doing a lot of reading of threads on another forum. I hope you are all ok. Steve is clearing his van out, methinks that means he is going to go fishing for a few nights. His back must be better. I haven't heard him complain lately since we got the massager think it must be doing him good.

Kandy hope your toes on the mend now and I hope all the bad backs are better too.
Have a good day everyone, you all seem very busy. Take care, God bless.

    Aloha!:wub2:

Good morning everyone, hope you are all ok:smile:

Couldn't get on here the other day but looking around it seems like there were problems so it wasn't just me :snork:

I'm managing to get around but the little toe is still a bit painful which i expect, just hope it is a lot better by the end of August as we have another wedding to go to:biggrin:

It was hot and sticky yesterday and i felt rather worn out by the time i had got all my irioning done and today the forecast is for heavy rain and thunderstorms so will see if they are lying or not:rofllol:

We popped to the lottie last evening to check on everything and i am pleased with the amount of pears, apples and raspberries we have coming plus the spuds and peas are in flower and Mr Kandy managed to get the Butternut Squashes planted out that I had grown so hopefully we shall get a better crop from off them this year.Oh and we have loads of strawberries growing nicely so everything is looking good.:hapydancsmil:

Hope you all have a very good day:smile:

PS,Shiney Mr Kandy says that if we lower the setting on our cameras then we lose the quality of the photos if we want to enlarge them so we have 8mb memory cards so can easily get 1700+ photos when we are away on our hols:smile:

    Morning everyone,

Its finally sunny and warm here, about time too!! My plants will LOVE this weather!!

Need to go out and water, and do some more weeding, but thats after i get back from my mani and pedi this morning, and need to take Diesel out for his walk.

I'm more or less home today, but i am in Toronto tomorrow, and need to do some grocery shopping, but I'll do that later today or maybe even tonight, when its not so busy (hopefully).

Off for some more coffee, so enjoy your day everyone.

    Aloha everyone,

I've been getting on well with the paperwork but shall now have to abandon my plan of finishing most of it as Mrs Shiney has injured her knee and can't do any gardening - and can hardly walk. I'm trying to persuade her to go to the doc.

We had less than an hour of rain yesterday but it was most welcome. It's dull but warm rhis morning and there's a small possibility of rain.

Kandy, I'm pleased that your toes are improving :blue thumb:. Mr K is correct about the loss of quality but it only affects it if you want to print large photos. The only people I know that actually print large photos are the ones that enter prints in competitions. The quality doesn't get affected until you start getting up to the 10"x8" size. Even reducing it as far as 500Kb at 1600 x 1200 doesn't affect the quality if you're just looking at it on the screen or wanting to upload it to a forum.

Sun's out :). Have a great day

    Aloha!

Sorry to hear about Hannah's knee Shiney. As someone who suffers with my knees for past accidents it would be wise for her to have it checked out. I hope it mends soon. Tell her to take care and rest it as much as she can.

Oh that is brilliant, I am so glad it has righted itself. She must be careful in case it goes again though.

      Aloha everyone,

Good morning Woo :). That's funny , it's light here and dry out - change that - it has just started raining. If the rain continues I shall carry on pressure hosing when it's late enough that I won't be disturbing the neighbours :dbgrtmb:

Moyra, Mrs Shineys knee went again last night (not as bad as before) so I hope it gets better quickly.

      Have a great day

      Aloha!

Mrs Shiney's knee is quite bad again today, she's wearing a knee bandage, and the chiropractor is coming in to see her at lunchtime.
