    Good morning Shiney and everyone,

Well it is another beautiful day out there, although last night when we went for our usual evening walk round the village I found it a bit unbearable as the sun was still quiet hot when we went walkabout, but musn't complain:snork:

Still picking loads of strawberries and raspberries and out peas are looking good,oh and we have flowers on the runner beans and they are already up to the tops of the canes so looking good

Have a very good day everyone in all that you do:spinning:

    Aloha everybody,

Shiney, you made a good start then this morning. I am off to the hospital in a little while. Hospital transport picking me up as I cannot drive. I am to have my field vision test and glaucoma pressure progress checkup. I hate those drops.

Kandy, well done with the fruits of your labours. I hope that toe is properly mended now. I am still on the extra strength again this morning for my back.

Waves to all our other friends and wishing you all a lovely and safe day from the heat. Take care. God bless.

    Aloha!:wub2:

Zigs, I'm having a bit of a problem logging on so don't know whether it's a developing problem. I've done all the usual shutting down, wiping cookies etc but getting on here takes much longer than usual. Once I'm there it only takes slightly longer to call up a thread.

Been trying everything with Loli, just can't get her back on, she's just read your post though Shiney. I'll add your troubles to the thread we've got going in the office, but we're a bit short staffed at the moment so if anyone else has any suggestions please say.

Zigs Another peculiar thing that only seems to happen with GC is that the 'Back' button doesn't work about half the time. So if I've clicked on another page and then want to go back to the original page it, sometimes, doesn't go. It will go if I click on the page number so it doesn't really bother me.

I don't like the way she signs me out so that I have to sign on most times I use the site not that it bothers me that much. I got bigger problems than that. I am still allowed to drive my car but my eyes have deteriorated and I also have a haemorrhage in my right eye apparently. Where as I was borderline glaucoma now it is fully fledged so I have to put drops in each eye nightly from now on. The drops have to be kept in the fridge too. All I can imagine is that those holes they lasered into my irises last year did not prevent the pressure from building up!

I have just learned the haemorrhage is more likely caused by my diabetes than the glaucoma apparently. Thanks for the commiseration Shiney!

Yes, diabetes is nasty. You always need to work hard at keeping your sugar levels down and it's very difficult.
