    Aloha everyone,

Despite the heavy rain yesterday the temperature hardly dropped and the humidity went sky high - but the garden loved it.

    Busy day today.

Keep well and enjoy your day

    Aloha!

          Hello all,

Well we have escaped any thunder, lightning or rain.

Dentist only repaired tooth, so busy, unable to take it out- have to wait until 2nd sept as they are fully booked.

Waves to all, have to dash, both hubby and I are ravenous, and the dog is whining as well.

          Take care.:doggieshmooze:

That's a long time to wait for a full dentist's appointment. I would have thought it would have been quicker to pull it out than to repair it quite frankly but then maybe there wouldn't have been so much money in doing it that way?

          Aloha everyone,

Where are you all? Well we had some more rain overnight but all gratefully received.
I feel it is still too hot for me. Poor old Amber keeps laying in front of a fan. Tomatoes are doing well and one solitary chilli that has come through from some old seed I tried out.

Have a good day everyone, I hope you are all ok, stay safe in the heat. God bless.

          Aloha!:wub2:

          Good morning Moyra and all,

Had a lie in this morning ,probably due to being awake on and off all night with the heat:rolleyespink:
Awww poor Amber:doggieshmooze: bit like my two Moyra they really don't look keen on this heat...you can see they want to run around and play but it's just too much for them...i noticed Archi was nibbleing his back and when i checked there's the start of a 'hot spot'.....got his ointment on quickly as it soon spreads.....i was wondering when it was going to start with it being so warm....

We were forecast heavy rain overnight but that never materialised but by looking at the sky it could well be on it's way.....it's very hot again though so my old pal Thor may be paying a visit too.....

I hope everyone is on form:dbgrtmb:

Enjoy your day everyone and take care:SUNsmile:

          Aloha everyone,

I was on here early but trying to clear some of my 'Watched' threads that I was late on. Then kept popping in and out of the garden - weeding, resting weeding.... etc.

Lots of rain last night and veg plot quite soggy - where I was weeding. Already in the low 80's (upper 20'sC) so am stopping.

We are taking a friend out to lunch for his 80th, today.

I hope your furries aren't too uncomfortable.

Keep cool and have a great day

          Aloha!

Oh dear WOO, do hope you managed to get Mrs W's tailgate sorted. Sounds like a job for the WD40 perhaps. Good luck getting it open.

Enjoy your lunch out Shiney I hope your friend enjoys it.

Loli, I must watch out for anything like that on Amber but I think it is more likely on the long haired species isn't it? She had a touch of eczema on her tummy from the heat.

          Take care everyone.

Loli, I checked Ambers tummy out and the eczema has cleared up so three cheers for E45 cream.

WOO, oh dear I do not think WD40 in your eyes is a good eyedear! (idea)
I hope you find someone who can sort that out for you. Take care. Have a good evening, Goodnight, God bless.

              Good afternoon everyone....

Hope everyone is going steady and keeping cool:dbgrtmb:....

Thought i'd have a sit outside seen as the clouds have come over and it's not quite as hot 'on my chicken proof' patio:chicken:they've still clocked the squash leaves sticking through the fence though:doh: ....the furries are cooped up in the hallway where it's cooler....Archi is more prone to the 'hot spots' than Theo...must be something in his breeding but it spreads like wild fire if not kept an eye on....Hope Ambers tum is OK Moyra and all the other furries are too...i'm sure Tiny and Penny are fine...they're tough little cookies Jacks....:blue thumb:

There's lots of Bees flitting around on all the containers...they are fascinating to watch....they are even restleing on the ground with fallen flowers...they must be hungry.......

Enjoy the rest of the day everyone:SUNsmile:
