    Aloha everyone,

There was no time to get any gardening done yesterday but I hope to get some done today. I need to go and get more compost as we've used up the six bags I got the other day.

Keep well and have a great day

    Aloha!

Morning all... another great looking day ahead:dbgrtmb:

@moyra I think we all tend to feel this way after enduring the grey winter months. Once the weather really bucks up and the temperatures are more settled and consistent I'm sure you'll feel much more like your old self. Undoubtedly winter is the weight gaining season for most of us, Christmas, the need for more substantial warming comfort food along with inactivity due to the weather and short days...sadly it's often inevitable.
Obviously I have no idea if you do need to loose weight, but if you do then you will be rewarded in many ways...and having energy is definitely one of them.
If you feel you that you would benefit from some encouragement/ support you could start a thread.....you could end up with others not only cheering you on but joining you too!!!!
You've got my backing.....go on you can do it, :bigthumb:

          Good morning folks :)

Will take Nico to the beach ....great place to raise the spirits :)

Agree with Upsy’s idea of a thread to provide support and encouragement to those needing it. :)

                Aloha everyone,

It's a beautiful morning, but frosty, and I hope to do a lot in the garden - back permitting.

@moyra I'm sure it would help to lose weight. I don't have the tiredness situation but I definitely found that after losing over a stone last year I was able to get a lot more gardening done. I don't actually feel any lighter but it's surprising the difference it made to the things I could do. The first thing I noticed was that I could bend down and tie my shoelaces with a lot less effort. :rolleyespink: also I'm much more able to bend and weed without having back trouble - still get it because I do too much. :noidea: You can do it, even if it's to cut out a slice of bread a day and one less potato and no snacking (well, not very often :heehee:). As I don't like salad stuff it was a bit difficult to replace unhealthy snacks with healthy ones so I gave up almost completely. No biscuits, crisps or nuts in the house :old:.

Keep well and have a great day

                Aloha!

                        Morning everyone.
What a fabulous sunny one it is too!

Hoping to sort out my (very untidy) greenhouse today. I blame it on the pots ....it must be their breeding season!;):heehee:

On the breeding subject, noticed the birds have upped their activity levels, we have a lot of nest preparations in progress.

Have a super duper day everyone......don't forget the sun screen lotion:dbgrtmb:

Upsydaisy and Shiney, thank you both for your encouragement, I shall certainly take it on board.

I was so looking forward to our withdrawal from the EU today but alas it is not going to happen.

That's Aubrieta, Flumpy. A hardy perennial used as a rockery plant or to cascade over a wall.
