    Good morning everyone, in agony with my knee this morning having trouble getting around, somehow put it out of joint. Just praying it will pop back in.

        @moyra that sounds very painful. I'd get yourself to the doctor on an emergency appointment. Just tell them it's an emergency and you can't walk as you're in agony. Wish you better :grphg:

        Kirtling Tower was a little bit disappointing this year as the daffs were early a proportion of the 100,000 had already gone over. It also started drizzling just as we got there! Lots of Fritillaria were in flower :blue thumb:

        I've just seen the robins nesting in the ivy outside my office window so today's job of trimming the ivy has been postponed. I would have checked first but it saves me disturbing them :)

              Sorry to hear that you day didn't quite live up to your expectations @shiney .
              Similarly to your experience we have a NT property near us that is famous for its rose garden.....trying to judge the best time to visit proves to be a real hit or miss affair!! 2years ago we got it exactly right and you could actually smell the wonderful fragrance in the breeze as you approached the walled rose gardens. Took my sister there last year around the same time and they were past their best!:sad: Typically!!!!

              One more day of finishing the final mulch as I am working tomorrow.
