    Good morning everyone. I'm afraid it is still very painful this morning. I have a Tesco delivery this morning otherwise I would get a taxi to the A and E at Basildon Hospital to see what the problem is. I am getting through Freeze Spray and Deep Relief like it is going out of fashion. If it is not better later I will go after my Tesco delivery.

          Good Morning all. Thank you for your sympathies. I must not sit here too long as resting it doesn't help! Steve bless him has walked Amber this morning. I am doing my washing so I shall have to put that out to dry when it has finished.

                  I've spent the last three hours doing admin. :phew:

                  It's going to be another busy day so don't know if I'll get any gardening done. I also have to pop into town as Barry's microwave has packed up(not completely, but the light has gone and as his sight is poor he can't see things properly. I'll take it into the repairers, who'll do a safety check as well, and I'll need to try and persuade them to work on it immediately, whilst I take Barry shopping. Otherwise I shall have to go into town again tomorrow to collect it. :sad:

                  I'll wait for the rush hour to finish before going in.

                  It's frosty out there :rolleyespink: but I think the day will be Ok.

                    Morning all, not looking forward to work today, there is only me & pharmacist on shop floor and one person up stairs, they’ve got three staff off today and Friday :scratch: roll on 6pm Friday!.

                          Morning everyone, still hobbling around and in quite a bit of pain. I did get to A & E and had it x-rayed. They said I had twisted it and pulled a ligament. Exercises to do but Steve kindly walked Amber for me this morning.
                          Shiney, I hope you are able to sort Barry out. Where would he be without you?:wub2:
