              Aloha everyone,

              It's not quite as cold this morning :blue thumb: and there's a lot of things needing to be done in the garden. The heavier jobs will need to be done by Lewis when he comes next (digging out very well established plants :phew:).

              He was here on Friday and worked hard on lifting a lot of plants to remove the couch grass that was growing amongst them. There were a lot of Irises to lift (not too difficult) and half were replaced with the other half being potted up for sale. The tough part was lifting the Alchemilla mollis (some big clumps) and then splitting them for potting up. He had to use his post hole spade for it :rolleyespink:.

              The bay tree (reduced to 15ft high) has been sending up loads of suckers and he's lifted most of those and also taken out some of the plum suckers. All much too tough a job for me. :old:

                Morning all , another lovely day is dawning :)
                Hope everyone is well or in @moyra case on the mend!:dbgrtmb:
                Still madly seed sowing !! I always sow all my plants but taking over my Dad's garden last autumn has made it more manic this year.....thinking of where to put all these additional containers is proving a hard task in itself!!
                Off out to the cinema later this morning then for lunch in town. Hopefully will get a few hours in the garden when I return.

                            Too late! :whistle: :heehee:.

                            We potted on 36 chilli plants into 3 litre pots and I've put them in the propagator. Sarafi was not too happy having his space invaded but I've left plenty enough space for him to sleep.

                            I've also been cutting down some rambling roses before getting them dug out - sorry Woo :sad:

                              Good morning everyone, did two walks with Amber yesterday, so I am getting there slowly. Very limited walks at the moment but sufficient for her to do her necessaries.
