    Aloha everyone,

Yesterday was a perfect gardening day and we got a lot done.

This weekend we won't have much time for gardening as Mrs Shiney has students all weekend and I'm the chef and general dogsbody.

Keep well and have a great day

    Aloha!

Upsydaisy glad your migraine is easing, I get it sometimes if I’ve missed a meal or over tired, have you took painkillers in case?

Moyra I love your picture, enjoy the weather today :spinning:

Morning all! Thick fog again today. Got a session at the hairdressers this afternoon getting it coloured so wont be doing as much gardening as I’d like today.

Went in the hot tub last night so body is feeling revived after all that digging.

Glad you’re starting to feel better @Upsydaisy

Hi there @Flumpy, thanks. Hope you are well.:)

Sadly I have suffered from them all my life and it's not due to anything....they just come! :dunno:
Thankfully I get a warning before they really hit home.:blue thumb:

I don't take unnecessary meds and even once they arrive I try and hold out for as long as I can because of some of their weird side effects.

I think missing meals and dehydration are often the cause of day to day headaches as people live such hectic lives and these are so easily overlooked/ skipped.

                  Have a great day

                      Shiney your funny :heehee:

I started with migraines when I was 12 sometimes I get the warning, the stars then the pain, my mum also has them, but we’ve noticed they’ve come on if we’ve missed meals, time of the month dare I say or if we’ve drank coke or ate chocolate, so annoying.

Snorky is that a picture of your garden?

Hey my sweet peas are just starting to germinate :hapydancsmil:

                          Howdy everybody:)
Ha ha Snorky......I was invited to share a hot tub a couple of days ago. As a further incentive, plenty of beer is available.
Shineyland Open Day sounds fascinating and very tempting :)
My niece suffers from migraines too....she is considering a sort of ear piercing that apparently is an effective treatment for them; anyone tried it?

@Upsydaisy love your seedlings! I think I'll go out and buy some of those seeds because I don't have a lot of linear space left to grow in however the vertical colour these plants offer, really appeals.

I'm sorry to hear that so many suffer from migraines. I've only ever had a really bad, long lasting headache and I remember it being thoroughly nasty. I rarely get even a mild headache either... well, that's not what I told my last husband :heehee:

I only had time to water some seedlings this morning and did so whilst waiting for the kettle to boil and that is the extent of gardening for me today. I have to use my day to make a slipcover a settee. And once it is complete, it's playtime :hapydancsmil:

Everyone have a wonderful day and play safe!
