Evening all.., so loved Dixon of Dock Green!!!

He's doing OK thanks @shiney, he's doing all the normal jobs but at a slower and more relaxed pace instead of at the speed of light!!
He has two lot's of meds to take which I'm sure are helping a lot too.

Won’t be doing much in the garden except pick salad stuff and quickly planting out Veronica First Kiss. More about tinkering now in the garden I think

 

Agree @Verdun, well in our garden that is, it is definitely tinkering time. Do you now what I absolutely love doing?? ...getting my little gardening basket and just wandering around and......deadheading!! Pure joy to me!!

Another lovely day in store, maybe a tad cooler than yesterday but that's fine by me as our garden is a sun trap and at times it became too hot to work.

Just a couple more borders to tidy up and complete some plantings today. Started to revamp our smaller borders on the east patio yesterday...they might become more Hellebore based ones with intermingling planting.....still pondering that one.

Hope Amber and Nico enjoy their walks.... and their humans too of course!

Yes @shiney Robins are great little characters aren't they....we have a couple of 'tame' ones here too.
Last Tuesday when I was doing housework upstairs and was in the middle of stripping our bed I noticed I had a companion... a little Nuthatch was sitting inside the room on the window sill watching me! After doing the hoovering it flew around the room as if checking it out! Even went under the bed!! Cheeky. Had to grab it from under there because we have a mirrored wall and I didn't want it to fly into it.

Brought a bit of excitement to bed changing chores!!

Going to visit a possible venue for my niece’s wedding (October 2020) today. Looks expensive. Have to start raiding my piggy bank

A tad cooler today but still great sunshine...( and no rain).

Hubs has a hospital app this morning, today it's just with the specialist nurse who will discuss the drug management side of his treatment.
Apparently there has been a bad accident on the motorway,so will need to leave soon as his app. is at 10:30.
