Good morning everybody

A pleasant day in the offing

Will take Nico to local woods today......he loves the mud around a stream there so I always put him on the lead near it. A beautiful white retriever suddenly turns into a black muddy scamp after a mud roll...delightful
Much as I love the beach, a walk in the woods is a very calming soothing experience

Hope to get some garden jobs done later today but plan first to visit a friend who now has Parkinson’s. Recent events have made me realise the importance of keeping contact with folk

We have a very dear friend who suffers from Parkinson's too @Verdun . Terrible to see the effects it has on all aspects of their lives. Our friend had no real family to speak of that are willing to be for them. Thankfully we are close by as are some other friends too.

Morning everyone....what a lovely sunny morning it is too

Hopefully I will be able to get more done outside today ....ended up sowing seeds for next year yesterday in the greenhouse when the rain arrived.

Having a flare up at the moment, so all my joints aren't behaving well. Got to show them who's boss!!

Very envious of your beach session @Verdun .....walk ,paddle or swim today??

Got a day of hobbling around my Dad's garden today, have a few jobs that require bit of effort waiting for me but not too sure how much my poor joints will allow me to do without grumbling too much.

Morning all, another fabulous day !!

Ouch painful and annoying @shiney I know your pain well. Both my hands flare up regularly particularly the right one, made worse because of the wear and tear caused by years of repetitive scissor usage....so they say.

After a busy day yesterday at my Dad's I will take things a bit easier today. Going into town to do the grocery shop this morning. Then a nice stroll around the garden dead heading....my favourite summer garden task!

Morning all, glad most of you are well, Shiney you take it easy

It’s not been a nice week at work, we had a new girl started Monday then by Thursday she rang and said she couldn’t do it anymore, said it’s overwhelming , some people just can’t hack it these days, so we are now short staffed again and our manager has just gone on there holidays
The sun is shining today so I’m going to get in the garden and lop some of my trees and general tidy up.
