    Aloha everyone,

It has now warmed up nicely in the sunshine after an almost frosty start.

blackbirds are back in the Euonymous and feeding a second brood :blue thumb:

Voting in the photo comps is now open. It's going to make you put your thinking caps on. :)

Keep well and have a great day

    Aloha!

        Morning! :)

Another great day to be outside.

Had a hectic day yesterday out and about and visited friends in the afternoon. I was so tired and thought I would get a good night's sleep after not getting any the previous night. Ended up getting about 3hrs worth.....still it's better than the other night I suppose.

Having a day in my Dad's garden today, trouble is his garden waste bin is full from last Friday and things are now being bagged or put into containers. The border I want to work on today is enough in itself to fill a bin!!:yikes:
We'll be playing catch up from now on because when they come to empty it on Friday there'll be enough waiting to fill it up immediately ....then we're faced with another wait for a fortnight!!!

I organised this bin for him, even though he protested it wouldn't get used....and now he and his neighbour put absolutely everything in it!!! He has a huge compost heap but now even the grass cuttings are dumped in the bin that I originally got for removing the Ground Elder waste. :gaah: Grrrr ....you can tell I'm tired .....that's my moan for today....
        :sorry:

        Have a brilliant day...I know I won't by the looks of things!!:lunapic 130165696578242 5:

Morning all, yes we are enjoying an absolute stunner of a day again too.:firesun:

Not sure about our plans for today yet. We would really like to go off somewhere for the day but Hubs has started to demolish an old ugly hedge and it's at the halfway stage and looks even worse now!!!
I know what we should be doing today.......

We are kindly being left dead offerings at the moment. Just lately we had entrails on the patio, dead shrew on the border, remains of a pigeon by my potting bench ( with feathers everywhere!) and now a dead baby rabbit by our front door! Hoping that Hubs will do the honours as clearing up the pigeon has left me marked. Bits of it were all over the place....found one of it's feet in a plant pot the following day!!!:yikes::yikes: I'm moving things with caution now as it's head has yet to be found!!!!

It's better that a murder mystery on the tv !!!
I'll keep you informed on the body count!:roflol:

On that cheery note .....have a great day!:)

                          Aloha everyone,

Send whoever it is doing down to us. Rabbits are causing a lot of destruction here.

I spent a couple of hours out in the garden, from dawn onwards, communing with nature. Well, chatting to the bees and the birds :heehee:

We got a lot done yesterday and hope to do the same today.

I'm now well on the way to recovery from Man Flu and Migraine :dbgrtmb:

Keep well and have a great day

You probably wouldn't if you had the damage we're getting. :hate-shocked: Even with chicken wire around the veggie area we've lost 27 bean plants and have had almost all the bee orchids eaten (no seeds for next season), six Dahlias eaten, over 100 Lychnis eaten, a number of other plants gone and Sarafi now can't access his home in the greenhouse as we've had to screen off the door.
