YAWN YAWN WAKEY WAKEY PART 2....... 2019

Morning everyone!

I've got up early as I'm having another night of sleep not showing up!!
Decided it's pointless tossing and turning and disturbing hubs sleep so have come downstairs and am now doing some Sudoko puzzles.

Going to the cinema at lunchtime with a friend to see Tolkien, really looking forward to seeing it as we missed it when it first came out earlier this year.... just hope I don't drop off to sleep during it!!

Had a busy day today...oops no yesterday !!!
Trying to keep my Dad's garden under control because I'm not sure how much time I'll have after my sister's operation next week as she needs me to stay with her during her initial recovery time.
Probably why I can't sleep as I trying to work out how I'll fit in looking after her, popping back home to see hubs, housework at my Dad's ( forget the garden!!), keeping an eye on our disabled brother.....and taking over my sister's childcare of her little ( gorgeous) grandson while she's out of action!!

Best not to think about it......

Good morning all, not so bright this morning, in fact looks very much like rain. Oh well the gardens and lawns will appreciate it. Gorgeous morning here, just finished dead heading and watering everywhere before the heat builds up.

I sometimes don't know myself @moyra !
It just has to be....family first!!
My Dad is adamant that he wants to remain in his home , he's almost 94, despite not being able to do anything and won't hear of getting any outside help in.
My brother lives on his own too but last year he moved nearer to me and my sister. He too insisted on living independently ....although he can't due to his disabilities. My sister and I put our foot down and said although we're prepared to support him he had to let us arrange a care package for hmmm as we're getting older and also have our own families.He reluctantly agreed, but now just lately we are discovering that he is cancelling things....thankfully the organisations involved phone my sister or me to let us know!!

Having a bit of ' me ' time today with a friend, then back to my housework and preparing for definitely one but maybe two of our sons coming down for the weekend tomorrow. . Who knows it could even be a full house and all 3 arrive...but I doubt it!

Morning all!!

Well I have reached another milestone today......we won't mention the numbers involved!! Suffice to say the bus pass days are fast approaching!!!


Downside is that a migraine started yesterday...but hey I know for sure that at least one , maybe two, a very slim chance of three sons will be down for the weekend.

Went to see Tolkien at the cinema yesterday, so enjoyed it ...very moving!!

Hubs brought me breakfast in bed this morning.....my fave...egg and bacon buttie!!

Mmmmmmm yum yum!!

Sadly I have some housework to do this morning to spruce things up for our lovely weekend visitors......but they are worth it!!.
Better get going as one is expected to arrive at lunchtime.
