Good for you. I keep on postponing them, but hopefully not for too long.

          Good day everyone
It is cloudy here which is just fine with me as I need to run some errands for my sister and then take her to the specialist for a followup regarding her operation which was performed in May. And we all know how long we have to weight to see a doctor, let alone a specialist.. however I am glad that I am not wasting a sunny day being cooped up in a crowded waiting room.

Play safe and I'll see you all later :)

@Zigs you referred me at least a couple of years ago. If you get a cut of each £40 then you should have had a few of them. :dbgrtmb:

                  Good evening fellow WW'ers :spinning:

Ozzy had his physio assessment today. He greeted her in a very friendly manner, was on his best behaviour and even walked to heel in the garden (long time since he did *that*): it was like watching a child starting a new club and wanting to please everyone :heehee:
Then she gave him a massage and, oh boy!, did he just melt into the floor with joy :doggieshmooze:
She showed me some exercises to do twice a day with him. He did it fine when she was showing me and even did well when she watched me perform them :blue thumb: But this evening, when it was time for me to do it without a safety net, the cheeky blighter went all Malamute on me and brought forth his strongest weapon of defence, that renown trait of Mals: stubbornness! So, to battle we went; he remained stubborn :snooty: so I brought out my secret weapon: sausages! :paladin: Not just any sausage mind you :nonofinger: Lincolnshire sausages! :heehee: :pathd:
I won :phew: ;) :doggieshmooze: :doggieshmooze: :doggieshmooze:

Smiles and vibes for all xxMxx

                        Aloha everyone,

@"M" Do you keep a stock of anti-Malamute stubbornness in your freezer? :heehee: How's that going to work with his weight loss regime?

@moyra I wish you better :grphg: You'll need to have a word with Amber about sleeping habits :snork:

@wiseowl It takes me at least 20 seconds nowadays to ease myself into the day. That's how long it takes for my chair to get into the upright position. :snorky:

The garden is looking very happy but the birds aren't. The feeders are empty! One of the woodpeckers even flew over to my office window to let me know. He didn't hang around long enough for me to take his photo at the window but he stopped, briefly, on the greenhouse roof outside.

Keep well and have a great day

                          Morning early people :)

Rain's gone, just left it damp and misty.

Off to do some prep for tomorrow's top coat this afternoon.

Have a good day everyone :spinning:

:spinning: Good morning fellow WW'ers :spinning:

Nature is doing a grand job of watering the garden, so that is one less thing to worry about :blue thumb:

Ouchie!!! Healing vibes winging their way to you @moyra

                            I do ;) :blue thumb:
Erm ... well, he doesn't get a whole sausage per "good boy", which is a start as there is a lot of that going on! I cut a sausage in half lengthways, then those get halved lengthways again and then I chop the lengths into little bites - no, not Malamute bites (that would be back to a *whole* sausage) more ...nibbles than bites I think :heehee: The way I'm looking at it is this: the more I can build up his muscle strength, the better his body will be able to burn off any calories. It's a catch 22 really. The biggest enemy against his weight loss were the dental sticks and he doesn't have those at all now. Never even asked how many calories are in his meds :th scifD36: :heehee:

I've currently got a bird in my office - open windows, I'm guessing - but since I came into the room it has gone into hiding  so I'm trying very hard to type quietly so it will come out of hiding and fly back out of the window! Of course, I could leave the room but then I'll never be certain it has found freedom again.

                            Smiles and vibes for all

                              Good day everyone
I am looking at clear skies which is a nice treat. Although I do appreciate the free water we've been receiving of late, we need more sunshine and hopefully the temperatures will rise a bit too. :) I will

Only one more sleep until my appointment with the dentist :) I finally get the crater in one of my molars filled up again. It's been three weeks since that giant filling disappeared. Not often I look forward to going to the dentist!

                              Play safe everyone :)
