    Good day everyone
@"M" I can never understand anyone wanting to eat food that hurts them but it seems most of my friends are like that. I also grow hot peppers from the low scoville, ring of fire all the way up to the carolina reaper. I do enjoy making breads and sauces and jellies with them but I foist them on willing guinea pigs and would never dream of letting them come near my lips! :)

We are having a sunny day again however I shall be spending part of it moving my grandson from the nest out into the world and will not be able to enjoy much of the weather. What's more fun than wrestling a queen size bed, large tv, etc out of one house and into another :doh:Then I need to stop at an Ikea and pick up a new bed for my sister in prep for her move next week. This is the third such move this year. Think I should start a moving company "Granbo's Gear Shifting".. :heehee:

Later I get to see the doc about my foot and hopefully he'll send me to the xray vision guys to determine if it's something fixable or a geezer gift :)

Play safe and enjoy the summer!

        Aloha everyone,

It really got hot and sticky yesterday. It reached 87F (30.5C) but had dropped to 84F by 7.30 p.m. Then the heavens opened (only for 10 minutes ) and the temperature plummeted to 77F.

        Another hottie today.

I'm feeling like a lazy day today but don't expect I'll get it.

Keep well and have a great day

        Aloha!

            Good evening everyone
I had a busy day. Had my foot xrayed then flipped over the border to post a package for returning a faulty product then came back and got my cast fitted. It is removable for showers and at night thank goodness but it is bigger than I thought. I was hoping for something not so attention grabbing.

Going to go out and see who needs watering. We are expecting rain later but I don't like to see plants get stressed :rolleyespink:

The bunnies are now fairly hippety hoppety and I figure since their eyes are open, they should enjoy a nibble of some carrot greens.

Hope everyone had a safe day and has plans for a great weekend :)

Saw them when I stayed at one of the B&B's for shineyland ... can't remember which one, but I have a feeling it is the one Our Mandy usually stays at.

The semi wild fruit garden has turned into the totally wild fruit garden so gonna tackle that this morning. DSCI0033.JPG

Then I got a kids bike that someone fly tipped to do up, should get a few bob for it :fingers crossed:

Piece of useless information (I'm a mine of useless information :heehee:) - Sylvanus Bowser invented the petrol pump.

Even more useless information, Sylvanus is the only known example of a named green man carving.

We'd do good in a pub quiz :snorky:

Quite likely, as I set quizzes. :heehee: Except, I don't go to pubs (too noisy for me - and used to be too smoky)

                            Good day everyone
It is a bit cooler here today which is welcome and should be perfect for puttering around outside. I figure I can put a garbage bag over my cast to protect it while I start pulling up my potatoes. Got to be careful at one end as that is near where the bunnies are burrowed. :)

I also want to change the timing on the fans in the greenhouses. I want them to run just a little longer during each cycle because we are looking at a long stretch of cloudless days.

Play safe everyone and enjoy your Saturday :)

                              Good evening fellow WW'ers :spinning::spinning:

Been a loooooooooooooong day and I'm soon for my bit of shut-eye ...

I think I've missed something somewhere Lori (for which I sincerely apologise if I have ) .. have you broken something? :dunno: Speedy healing vibes winging their way to you :grphg:

@Zigs ... couldn't believe the coincidence, but, I saw my first hare in these parts on my way to work this morning! It was a case of: saw that and thought of *you*!! :heehee:

This morning, after I had tidied and cleaned a goodly bit (not part of my job description) I popped outside before the circus was due to begin ... I took two steps into the rear car park and felt something land in my hair ... ... that's not rain, I thought! :th scifD36: A colleague arrived and I asked if I had :shhhhh: in my hair ... she just giggled and went back inside  ... another colleague had arrived inside and I said: "Morning! Looks like we're going to be lucky today!" and pointed to my hair  :heehee:

Did I have a "lucky" day? :dunno: Well, I didn't have a *bad* day, so I suppose that counts as lucky (depending on your perspective :snorky: ) but I did have a blob of bird poop I had to clean out of my hair before the day could begin! (There's a cheeky part of me which wanted to leave it there and undertake a covert, random, study on just how many of the customers would have actually *mentioned* it throughout the course of the day :heehee: - I decided, in the end, that would be unprofessional :nonofinger:  :lunapic 130165696578242 5: )

                              Smiles and vibes for all
