        Have a good trip @wiseowl and don't get arrested. I've never been to Lakeside as I don't do shopping - apart from food shopping.

        One of the surveys I did was asking about how often you buy clothes. They didn't have a tick box for every 20 years. :snorky:

          Good morning @shiney it was horrendous traffic in the tunnel and got lost in the shops,couldn't even find my way back to the car park,I felt like I was a time traveller ,glad to get back to the 1950/60's;):blue thumb:

              Good day everyone
              I've been working this morning and have about another hours worth of wage earning to do. It is forecast to rain here and there throughout the day so I'm not wasting a gardening day by being inside working. ;)

              Later one of my boys is bringing his kids for a visit - I never know whether I should tidy before they come and then after as well, or just wait until they leave :rolleyespink:

              @wiseowl I sure hope I don't have problems at the border to shineyland. I've been practising my British accent but maybe I'll still be denied entry for being too Corryish... :biggrin:

                    @Zigs , IMHO, unless the rain is beating on their window, the weather guessers don't really have a clue about precipitation. Or wind speeds. Or temperatures. Or.... :rolleyespink:

                    oh wait, yes, most of ours are... government employees... (no offence to those here who work for the gov't and aren't in the environment office - but if you are a weather guesser - :doh:to you...)

                              More travellers have moved onto the field opposite and the neighbours are getting worried. :rolleyespink: At the moment they are a peaceful and happy crowd and don't seem to be the ones that have caused havoc in the village the last few years. As I walked by I waved to the kids that were playing there and they all waived back.

                              I got a lot of paperwork done yesterday and sent off a couple of moaning emails to the taxman and Sainsbury's :old:.

                              I phoned Barry and told him that we shall be taking him out for lunch on Thursday as it's his birthday. He never gets to go out to things like that unless we take him.

                              I've still got paperwork to catch up on but need to, firstly, weigh up and bag the beans for sale for this afternoon. There are almost as many as those in the picture above :phew:. That will take about 45 minutes if I do it quickly!

                              @wiseowl I hope the hospital visit goes smoothly. :grphg:

                                Good morning all. Well your travellers seem better behaved than the ones we have around here. Police turfed them off the recreation field but they left loads of rubbish, fridges and freezers and such like.
