    Aloha everyone,

Just a very fine drizzle that has been going for hours. It put paid to me lighting the bonfire but I may go out and do some digging/weeding.

I'm feeling a bit lazy today but will shake myself and get going. I've done a lot of replying to emails so can justify my laziness a bit. :heehee:

Keep well and have a great day

    Aloha!

Sorry @shiney you once said to me back in the 1930's that there "is no excuse for laziness" and because of your wise words I have been working my nuts off ever since:lunapic 130165696578242 5::lunapic 130165696578242 5::lunapic 130165696578242 5:

        Good day everyone
It is a bank holiday here and I am looking out at sunny skies. There is a slight cloud cover very high up so I hope it breaks up and leaves me with pure blue because I'd like to use the sunoven again today.

I have been playing with a Christmas cake recipe and want to continue the experiments. :)

We are expecting temps to reach 82f for this day only, then we drop back down to the mid 60's and low 70's. Autumn has decided to land here. I used our wood burning fireplace last night to help warm up the house. I saw no point in starting the central heating before this lone warm day. The fire smelled nice and is always cheerful to see. :)

I hope everyone has a great day as I expect to have and please play safe. :)

              Aloha everyone,

@wiseowl assuming you just want to remove the ice that has built up and not having problems with it keeping the temperature - switch off the freezer, remove the food and cover it with a blanket, put a bowl of hot water into the freezer (door open) and it will help defrost it quicker.

Keep well and have a great day

              Aloha!

                        Good evening all,

:phew: Life has been so busy :hapfeet:, it's been a week or so since I've managed to find the time to come on here! The hen forum is still taking up lots of my time but I do enjoy it. My garden is looking a bit worse for wear! That's a temporary hitch, I will soon sort that out!

The wind has picked up here tonight, it's literally blowing a gale & its just started raining, just wondered if anyone fancied a sun dance?? :hapfeet:

Not much else to report, I hope you are all keeping well & your gardens are looking super!
