          You must know that's a tad dangerous. A young lass I know split her foot wide open in the garden once when she was digging, she slipped, and the space sliced right through the sole of her trainer and into her foot.

                No digging. I mean watering, pulling weeds, planting seeds etc. Simple, small things that ending up getting you mucky even if you're careful.

                        52. You have nowhere to sit in your garden because all your benches are covered with trays/pots of plants to get them away from the slugs.

                            53. You carefully make notes of how many seed potatoes and onion sets are in a bag at every shop/garden centre, how much they cost and what they weigh (pocket fishing scales are useful for this) and use a spreadsheet to carefully calculate which ones are the best buy.
