Went panic buying plaster. Every other trolley at the Wickes click and collect point had some in them.

Such beautiful photo's Upsy. IMO the main one surely is worth enlarging and framing.

Had a visit from a Mori Poll chap. Very nice man.Questions about the BBC Telly. Seems the majority of folk are not happy with what they are paying for. I'm now waiting for my £10 voucher for taking part.

Then I spent most of the afternoon online to Amazon, trying to order a book. Everything went wrong. I even got an email from Amazon, saying that someone was trying to use my login. I followed their instructions and things got worse. BBBBBBBBB technology. I gave up in the end.

When you got that message you should also get an e-mail, Mike, to ask you to confirm it was you making the order and it usually says if it was you making the order don't do anything but carry on with the order and if it wasn't you then click on the button to confirm it wasn't you.

Hello Armandii my friend. Yes have done that also within the last 30 mins. Comes up. Sorry. We are unable to identfy you. I've been using Amazon for several years. Probably will resort to a phone call.

            Thanks for your help.

Surely there would be a bookshop in London you could order a book from?
Amazon is just sucking resources out of UK and paying little towards our infrastructure. I don't use them.

The book in question is from a list provided by the Natural History Museum. Ordering via the museum, would incur post and packing adding 4.95 to the price. The book retailed at 19.99. Other outlets offer the book at 27.00 plus. In the past I have saved upto 40.00 on a book, ordering via Amazon including free postage.

Well all work in garden and garage has stopped, rain stopped garden play and rats have stopped garage play.
Have a local pest man ( not the phone scam type man ) but some one we know in the business, caught two of the blighters with poison after the traps failed.
Nice and dry for them to play in and lots of rat toys to enjoy, one came and said hello on the decking until dog barked him off. We do have a man at the back who has chickens and our next door but one had some in her cavity, the little wildlife came in very useful.
Not done a full image for those of a nervous status.

We buy a lot of things from Amazon these days because can't get it where we got it before. They've built a large distribution centre not far away from us.

... and eBay because it makes life easier and you don't have to drive here and there looking for something ... and I don't have to be near people.
