Thanks everyone, you may recall back in May / June of last year that I was complaining about my right leg and right arm...just thought it was a normal arthritis flare up that usually lasts a few weeks ( for me) and then settles back down. But this time I've had no let up ( I put this down to my general wellbeing being low due to Dad's death and all the other sad events ) but the pain in both limbs is quite unbearable now.

Went to Dr in Oct and it was agreed that I need x-rays. Well after 3 phone calls last week to try and find out what was what, I received an apologetic call yesterday saying the request for the x-ray hadn't been done but it had now and I should hear in the next week or two.:fingers crossed:

I am cross but....there are worse things going on to get cross about, so what happened has happened and it can't be changed.

I walked to my brother's on Sunday to check his meds . I decided to walk and took it nice and slowly both ways, but later that evening I think it finally gave up and as I went to stand my leg just gave way ,it feels as if I don't actually have a knee joint there at all now..really weird feeling!!

So the car was used to go to my brother's at 7:30 this morning to receive his online grocery shop... didn't fancy hopping all the way!!:heehee:

Oh crikey upsy! Maybe you need to stop driving too and properly rest. If it is damaged you could be making it worse. Let's hope the xray doesnt get cancelled xxx

I haven't driven for years @Snorky85 . Many , many years ago I saw a fatal car crash which I think involved children judging by the small covered bodies. I have only driven our children about twice ,even then hubs was in the car too. Just can't do it anymore.

@Upsydaisy I hope that you get a x-ray soon and you take it easy, i know that it's difficult to do but you've got your nice hubby to look after you.

Ha ha I can't believe it. This turned up as a surprise this morning. My mum didn't even know I'd been looking at it. Great minds think alike!

Nooooooo....that shouldn't be allowed. I'm sure however that Snorky will soon be posting a picture of the completed puzzle! I have tried twice, on 2 different puzzles, with 500 piece ones. Nice pictures (along the lines of cute cats with plants / knitting wool...all fine with that) I just don't have the patience these days. Gave up on first one when just expanse of plain blue curtains to go; have left current one on board on the floor.....in hopes that the cat will scurry all over it and wreck - there's extra Dreamies in it if she does......
