@Flumpy!!!!!! So good to see you here, I've only chatted with you on the Yawn, yawn thread before. Are you in exploring mode tonight!

 

There's a game section too thats fun, especially in winter.

 

I am sitting here pondering how...if...I can manage the stairs as I just can't put any weight on my leg at all. Hubs won't go to bed until I do ( he's an early bird) but I don't
want to get upstairs and find I can't lay down/ sleep. I can't straighten out my leg at all ,so laying down might prove too difficult and painful. Could end up on the sofa...or just staying put in this chair. I am dreading even attempting it.

 

Sorry Upsydaisy and hugs aint gonna help much...sending you some good vibes anyway..just not fair...cold and heat is helpful for lots of issues....

I bet you were tired @Flumpy , you certainly earned a goodnigh's sleep.


To be optimistic I would say at this moment that things may be a tiny bit better. Made, it albeit very slowly up the stairs , tossed and turned for over an hour listening to some soft classical music ( thankfully hubs also loves classical) then drifted off between 2-3am. Slept surprisingly well until half 5 , so a good couple of hours..
Still upstairs doing some very light jobs everything takes me an age to do, just about to venture down the stairs but hubs has brought some coffee up. Thankfully our landing is very big and has sofa and chairs on it so even if I can't get back down I have a nice place to sit.

 

so glad you got some sleep, sleeping is a healer, your lucky to have a large landing sound nice, you rest up and let your hubby look after you, you can plant what your doing next in your garden, is it 4 weeks until spring now
