Your Day (apart from gardening) - what took place?

Played golf, you wouldn't have thought we'd had any snow. No standing water, fairways and greens immaculate. Four continuous years of improving the drainage by the greens staff has ensured that.

 

We have snow and ice pellets dropping so it was a slow drive to go and get a sympathy card. A friend lost his father recently and today is the celebration of the man's life. The old boy was from Wales and was a real dearie.

I've got more work I should be doing but... nope, just goofing off until it's time to go out.

 

Made the mistake of some "online" retail therapy (veggie seed)............. Carol was looking over my shoulder, now 3 x poorer!!!!!!

Awaiting Carols' flower seed delivery? NO!

 

Went to see my friend keith, he's changed his carers again but better this time. The ones that help him in the mornings will be the same ones every day so that will be better.

 

Yesterday I broke my smart phone,the battery wouldn't charge.
Hubby got me a new one and set it up.

 

Went to the cemetery to check ,double check,triple check ,quadruple check for tomorrows interment of my Fathers Ashes,flower all done and ready to go.We can do this Dad.

Dismantled & took down the old shed today in preperation for my new potting shed being delivered next week i can not wait!!!!! "dismantled" is not really the word....i went to battle with it! lump hammer in hand i thumped away at it until it finally gave up & just collapsed in on itself it put up a good fight though, it drew blood! twice! & squished my pinky finger! but I'll survive, who needs pinky fingers anyway :rasp:
