Good idea - should add a bit of interest.

[IMG] Yes, I agree, it would add extra interest.. Just a teensy bit concerned it might become a bit mind boggling when looking through, not sure, but we can try it & see if you like for this month... I will go & find my originall & post it as well... [IMG]

Yes Marley I agree. I was just abouy to post my originals under my entries and while scrolling through realised that it might result in "overload" when trying to assess the competition.
Why not just post the "originals" in the "discussion thread"? That way we could discuss things too and leave the competition pages clear.

[IMG] Yes think that would be a very good idea as well.. I put the original in, but to me that is far too clutterd so I think put them in the discussion thread as you say... [IMG] Shall go & take it back out in a mo & post in discussion.. It is entirely optional people, as to whether you post these originals ;) [IMG]

I like the idea of posting the original - but to reduce clutter, why not show the original as avator size. I'll edit my entryand you can see it looks ok. If not fine too.

That's a great idea, Fran. Should we do that in the discussion thread? Seems a good idea.....

I've just done that with mine.

Think its more useful under the picture. Folks are not likely to go to one then the other. Prolly better effect in the same post under the "what I did" bit.

2 very valid points of view on this one

So which version do we go for?

Having just looked at Fran's post, with the avatar version of the original underneath, I like it. It gives the info in the place you want it, just like the descriptions of what has been done to the photo.

    I think I'm inclining towards this ........

[IMG] Oh yes folks, I think it is definitely worth giving it a trial next month... [IMG] [IMG] We will leave it as an option for this month... It does certainly add to the interest of the entry, you are right. [IMG]
