He came to Open Day this year (for the first time) and our entertainer at that time announced a thank you to him for coming. :rasp: (He bothered to turn up so it was worth a thank you. )

 

Easily solved with enough person power. 200 people would need to get through 50 an hour (assuming an eight hour day). I would guess that because of the situation and the bad publicity that the FBI received over the timing, that they put a lot more people on it. After all, they have about 40,000 employees.

I and Mrs Shiney do that with no trouble. We get about 150 proper emails a day and about 100 spam (at our server, that I check each day).

 

I have no idea of the truth, or otherwise, of all the allegations about Clinton but if we were into conspiracy theories this is a real doozy of an opportunity for one (or more).

The Trump camp were crowing when Clinton was first being investigated for her emails and some Clinton supporters were claiming foul!

Then she was cleared of anything illegal (nothing secret or of importance found in the emails) but told her actions were badly misjudged.

So Clinton was crowing about the result and this time Trump was claiming foul.

Then, with just over a week to go to the vote, the FBI found loads of emails on her assistant's computer whilst investigating the assistant's husband for sexual offences.

The Clinton camp claimed foul again saying the FBI deliberately left it to the last minute before announcing it. Especially as they had been told about the emails before then.

So Clinton claiming foul and Trump was crowing again.

Now the FBI have reviewed the emails and they were mainly copies of the emails that they had already investigated and the rest were personal.

It certainly looks as though this will keep the conspiracy theorists happy for quite a while.

Then, of course, we have the sexual allegations against Trump and there are still more coming forward this week. Even his own comments seem to make it appear as though he sees females as fair game

From all these declared results and situations it has shown that the candidates for office are eligible for office but are a very poor choice.

From this side of the pond it gives us a view of top U.S. politicians making our bunch of useless ones look good!
